Design Services
Designed for the budget friendly and D-I-Y client, this service provides a design to get
started. We will meet with you to take measurements, photos, and get a feel for
surrounding rooms. After the initial meeting, I will then create several rough
drawings to show you options for your kitchen or bath. Once a drawing is chosen, I
then create and design the full "working drawings" which include a floor plan,
elevations, cabinet list, construction documents, etc. You can then take these
documents to selected vendors and manage the project yourself, or with a project
manager of your choice.
Drafting Services
Designed for the contractor, we can work up a full set of plans for either the
contractor or the client. This service is similar to our Design Services however
we work directly off the contractors measurements and specifications. The drawings
can include: Construction Documents, Electrical & Mechanical Plans, Countertop Plans,
Cabinet Lists, and more.
Project Management Services
Designed for the rest of us, our Project Management Service is designed for the homeowner
who either doesn't want to manage the project themselves, or doesn't know how to manage
the project themselves. This service includes everything in the Design Service, however
it continues after the plans are drawn. I will work with you to select cabinetry,
flooring, fixtures, countertops, etc. I will also work with your contractor to make
sure the project runs as smoothly as possible, as your partner.
